Nestled in Boulogne-Billancourt, this 51m² apartment offers a pleasant living environment and an unobstructed view of St Cloud. Located on the 7th floor, with elevator, the apartment comprises:

• a fully-equipped open kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• bedroom with double bed (two single beds) and workspace,
• bathroom with shower,

• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron,
