Nestled in the prestigious 7th arrondissement, this 45m², 3-room studio apartment can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and two young children (under 8). Located on the first floor, it comprises :

• an open-plan living area with lounge and dining area,
• a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• a sleeping area separated by a glass roof, with a single bed and desk area, and a double bed (140cm) on the mezzanine,
• bathroom with shower and WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
• fan, carbon monoxide detector,
• wine cellar,
• TV, satellite/cable, stereo system and WiFi.

Underground parking is available just 100m away.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.
