This charming 130m² home comprises :

• a vast exterior featuring a well-kept garden, a welcoming terrace with a large table for your outdoor meals and a plancha, as well as a relaxation area bordering the private swimming pool,
• an open-plan living area with a large lounge, a work area and a dining room,

• a master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm),

The neighborhood

Ecully is an attractive town on the outskirts of Lyon, known for its green environment and easy access. Just a 5-minute walk from the center of Ecully and its shops, the villa is perfectly situated for exploring the surrounding area. The Ecully-Demi Lune train station is just 15 minutes walk-away, providing access to Lyon Saint-Paul in 20 minutes, and there's a bus stop in front of the house for easy exploration of the area.
For lovers of culture and gastronomy, Lyon is just a short public transport ride away, with a wealth of museums, guinguettes on the banks of the Saône, and famous restaurants. Hikers will appreciate the Monts d'Or and the banks of the Saône for picturesque strolls. Nearby green spaces such as Parc du Vivier and Jardin de la Condamine invite you to relax.
