-a 25 m² garden with dining area for relaxing in the open air,
- an open-plan living area with lounge and double sofa bed,
- a sleeping area with a double bed (120cm),
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, hob, fridge),
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, clothes hangers, fan,
- Wifi, TV, DVD player and books.

Arcachon is a charming seaside town on the Atlantic coast, renowned for its picturesque beach and delicious oysters. The studio is located in the quiet Pereire district, known for its Chapelle pier and proximity to the city center and train station (2 km). A Carrefour Express supermarket is just 500 m away for your daily shopping needs. For your gastronomic outings, don't miss the Pizzeria Jehenne in the center of Arcachon and oyster tastings at Près Salés.
Arcachon is also famous for its Dune du Pilat and its Belle Époque architecture. The town is well served by public transport, ensuring easy access for visitors.
