Discover this little haven of peace in the heart of Paris, overlooking a green courtyard. Located on the first floor, this 23 m² apartment comprises :

• a comfortable living room,
• a kitchen equipped with coffee machine, kettle, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer,
• a workspace,
• bedroom with 140 cm double bed,
• bathroom with shower and WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, clothes hangers,
• satellite or cable TV and wifi. Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
