• a large, fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer),
• balconies,
• bedroom with king-size bed (200 cm),
• bathroom with bathtub,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron,
• TV, DVD player, video library, wifi and books. Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
