Located on the 4th floor (no elevator) in a quiet residence, this rental comprises :

• a 6 m² balcony overlooking the park,
• separate kitchen with dining area and equipment: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer,
• bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm) and desk area,
• bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and desk area,
• bathroom with bath/shower,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, clothes hangers,
• TV and Wifi. Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.
