With a generous surface area of 70 m², this rental comprises :

• an open-plan living area with lounge and dining room,
• a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• one bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
• a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
• an office area,
• bathroom with walk-in shower and WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
• carbon monoxide detector, central heating,
• TV, Wifi and books. Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.
