Located on the 1st floor without elevator, this charming rental comprises :

• an open-plan living room with a sofa bed (variable comfort) and a dining/office area,
• a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, fridge),
• mezzanine bedroom (7 m²) with double bed (140 cm),
• bathroom with shower and WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, fan, clothes hangers,
• TV, satellite or cable, wifi.

The mezzanine staircase is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
