• a bedroom with a 140cm double bed,
• bathroom with shower and WC,
• hoover, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, clothes hangers,
• TV, satellite or cable, WIFI,
• games for all ages, books, air conditioning, fan.

Avignon, in the heart of Provence, is a city rich in history and culture. The flat is just a short walk from Place des Carmes, a vibrant area with many restaurants and wine bars. Just a 10-minute walk away is the majestic Palais des Papes and 12 minutes is the Jardin des Doms, the perfect place for a relaxing stroll. You can also enjoy local delicacies in renowned restaurants such as ‘Fou de Fafa’ nearby. Rue Sureau overlooks a quiet street, ideal for a peaceful getaway while still being in the heart of Avignon's bustling life.

By train: Avignon Centre station → 20 min walk or 10 min drive
By bus: Line with a stop nearby for Avignon TGV station and neighbouring towns.
By plane: Marseille Provence airport → about 1h10 by car
