• two bathrooms with shower and WC,
• a third bathroom with shower,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, iron, clothes hangers, smoke detector, air conditioning,
• a cot,
• TV and wifi.
• private swimming pool with alarm (open mid-May to late September),
• large wooden terrace and garden,
• private parking within the villa.

Other things to note

Please note the following additional charges:

• Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

You will also be charged a Swikly service fee during deposit validation.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is no longer accepted.

Biganos, in south-west France, is a charming town with a pleasant natural setting and easy access to the attractions of the Arcachon Basin. For nature lovers, the beach at Le Teich is just an 18-minute drive away. The town of Biganos also offers quality restaurants such as Braise & Co and Le Millesime. These can be reached in around 25 minutes by bus.
