• a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer), as well as a plancha,
• two bedrooms with one 160 × 200 cm bed,
• a double sofa bed in the living room,
• bathroom with shower,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
• TV, Wifi,
• smoke detector, air conditioning,
• 2 adjoining basement parking spaces, and bicycle garage.

Please note the following additional charges:

• Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

You will also be charged a Swikly service fee during deposit validation.

Noise is not permitted after 10pm.
