With a surface area of 30 m², this apartment comprises :

• a lovely, light-filled living room with lounge and dining area,
• a small piano corner,
• a fully-equipped kitchen (coffeemaker, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, fridge, freezer),
• bedroom with 140x200 cm bed,
• bathroom with shower and WC,
• four balconies for outdoor living,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, hangers, books,
• street view and Paris rooftops.

Other things to note

Please note the following additional charges:

• Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

You will also be charged a Swikly service fee during deposit validation.

Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10pm.
