• a comfortable living room with double sofa bed and desk area,
• a dining/kitchen equipped with toaster, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer,
• a bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan,
• books.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not allowed.

Please note the following additional charges:

• Check-in between 9 pm and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: 44e

You will also be charged a Swikly service fee during deposit validation.
