• two bedrooms with double beds (160 cm), one with a child's bed (70X140cm),
• a third bedroom with two single beds (trundle bed),
• a fourth bedroom with a single bed,
• bathroom with bathtub,
• a second bathroom with shower,
• 3 separate WCs,
• Vacuum cleaner, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Hair dryer,
• TV, Satellite or cable, Wifi,
• Smoke detector, Hangers,
• Children's games, Toys, Books, Children's books,
• Cot (Babybjorn): available on request,
• Air-conditioning available in 3 bedrooms only : the master bedroom and the two children's bedrooms.

- Animals are strictly prohibited (both inside and outside the property),
- Please note: The owner is severely allergic to cats,
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in this family home.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

A Swikly service fee will also be charged during the validation of your deposit.

The neighborhood

Champagne-au-Mont-d'Or is a picturesque village just 10 minutes' drive from Lyon, offering a peaceful setting with easy access to local shops and public transport. The village center, just 300 m away on foot, is full of charming boutiques and excellent restaurants such as "O Platanes" and "N'Autre Monde". Don't miss a coffee at the Rouge Gorge, place Ludovic Monnier, for a view of the pretty church. This location is ideal for exploring Lyon in any season.
