With a surface area of 25 m², this rental comprises :
- a light-filled living space with a comfortable lounge and dining area,
- a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer),
- bedroom with 140x190 cm bed,
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- Vacuum cleaner, Hairdryer, Iron, Hangers,

- Private parking available only during summer (June to September).

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not accepted.
