Down below, you'll find yourself at pool level, where a Jacuzzi awaits you for moments of intense relaxation. Let yourself be carried away by the murmur of the water and the sweep of sailboats on the horizon from your sundeck suspended above the waves.

The villa with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms is divided into 3 levels:
- The main landing, on which you'll find a kitchen opening onto a beautiful dining room and an air-conditioned living room. The terrace facing the living room offers breathtaking sea views. On this same landing, you'll find a first bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
- On the upper floor, you'll find a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a spacious master suite with king-size bed, bathroom and private terrace with double deckchair.
- The pool level is accessed by an outside staircase from the living area. On this lower landing, a fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This room faces the jacuzzi, the pool and its cliff-hanging sundeck.

The interior of the villa is equipped with a remote surveillance system linked to the authorities and activated only in case of an intrusion.

The villa is located in the commune of Le Gosier, on the eastern part of Guadeloupe known as Grande-Terre. Just a 25-minute drive from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, you'll need just 10 minutes to reach the town of Le Gosier, where you'll find all the amenities you need: shopping center, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and bars on the famous La Datcha beach.

You won't want to miss a trip to the islet of Gosier and a visit to Fort Fleur d'épée. The Marina de Bas du Fort, where you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants and store in the many boutiques, and the Casino are just 15 minutes from your luxury villa in Guadeloupe.

Guadeloupe's most beautiful beaches (Anse Tabarin, plage de petit Havre, Anse à Jacques ....) are just 10 minutes from your superb vacation villa.

The villa is about a 30-minute drive from one of Guadeloupe's most visited sites: Pointe-des-Châteaux, facing the island of Désirade.
