The apartment is located in the town of Saint-François, on the eastern part of Guadeloupe called Grande-Terre. At 45 minutes by car from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, you will need less than 5 minutes to reach the town of Saint-François and find all the amenities: shopping center, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, fish and spice market.
You will not miss the inevitable Marina of Saint-François, where you can enjoy restaurants with a varied menu, and shop in its many boutiques. The Saint-François International Golf Course, the Casino, and the Aerodrome are all located only 5 minutes from your luxury villa in Guadeloupe.
The other beautiful beaches of SAINT FRANCOIS Guadeloupe (Raisins Clairs beach, Anse à la Gourde, Anse-Champagne, la Coulée) are only 5 minutes away from your vacation apartment. For water sports enthusiasts, the spot of the Port of Saint-François offers surfing lessons for all levels, and the beach of Anse-Champagne is the ideal place to take your first steps in Wing Foil.
The villa is about 10 minutes drive from one of the most visited sites in Guadeloupe: Pointe-des-Châteaux facing the island of Désirade.

Depending on the coverage selected and the terms of the policy, it may protect you financially against certain covered unforeseen events, including cancellation for a valid covered reason or interruption of your stay.

If you need to cancel your stay
These conditions apply to bookings made directly with ZeWelcome, unless different specific conditions were presented to you and accepted at the time of booking.
To cancel, simply email us at contact@zewelcome.com. The date on which we receive your request will determine the effective cancellation date.
More than 30 days before arrival
Only the 30% deposit is retained.
If you have already paid more than this amount, the balance will be refunded, subject to any separate services already provided or amounts that remain due.
30 days or less before arrival
100% of the accommodation price remains payable.
What will be refunded
If already collected and no longer due as a result of the cancellation, the tourist tax, security deposit and any separate services that will not be provided will be refunded.
Any insurance premiums or services purchased from third parties remain subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant provider.
No-show or shortened stay
A no-show, late arrival or early departure at the guest's initiative does not entitle the guest to a refund for unused nights.
If you have taken out travel insurance, some of these situations may be covered depending on the reason and the terms of your policy.
Special rates and conditions
Some bookings may benefit from a rate or offer with different cancellation conditions, including a non-refundable rate.
Where such specific conditions were clearly presented to you before booking, they take precedence over these general cancellation conditions.
For bookings made through a third-party platform such as Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo, the cancellation conditions attached to the booking on that platform may also apply.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or for a specific period.
Any mandatory legal provisions that may apply to a particular situation remain unaffected.
