The villa is located in the commune of Lamentin, on the western side of Guadeloupe known as Basse-Terre. Just 20 minutes by car from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, you can easily reach Lamentin’s town center in only 10 minutes, where you will find all necessary amenities: shopping area, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and restaurants.
The villa is ideally located just a 10-minute drive from Destreland shopping center and about 20 minutes from Marina du Gosier, a lively area full of restaurants.

For tourist excursions, Grande Anse Beach in Deshaies is about a 30-minute drive away, along with the Deshaies Botanical Garden and Malendure Beach, renowned for turtle diving. The Ravine Chaude spa complex, with naturally heated waters at 33°C, is only 10 minutes from the villa.
