Nestled on the Route de l’Anse Figuier in Terre-de-Haut, on the island of Saintes, Villa Opale stands like a haven of peace, recently built and bathed in a gentle breeze. Close to shops and restaurants, it offers an ideal refuge for an idyllic stay. The seaside is located at a distance of 180m along the Anse Figuier Beach.
The villa comfortably accommodates six people, with the possibility of accommodating two children at an additional cost. Its three air-conditioned rooms, tastefully decorated, invite you to relax. On the ground floor, a bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in shower promises a most pleasant rest. Upstairs, two other bedrooms share a common bathroom, also equipped with a walk-in shower and separate toilet.
The perfectly equipped kitchen harmoniously combines functionality and pleasure. It gives access to the terrace, where a dining table for eight people awaits you under the blue Caribbean sky. An extension, complete with a swimming pool, deckchairs and a barbecue, completes this idyllic setting, perfect for moments of conviviality with family or friends.

After your booking, you will have the option to take out travel insurance offered by our partner Gritchen.
Depending on the coverage selected and the terms of the policy, it may protect you financially against certain covered unforeseen events, including cancellation for a valid covered reason or interruption of your stay.

If you need to cancel your stay
These conditions apply to bookings made directly with ZeWelcome, unless different specific conditions were presented to you and accepted at the time of booking.
To cancel, simply email us at contact@zewelcome.com. The date on which we receive your request will determine the effective cancellation date.
More than 30 days before arrival
Only the 30% deposit is retained.
If you have already paid more than this amount, the balance will be refunded, subject to any separate services already provided or amounts that remain due.
30 days or less before arrival
100% of the accommodation price remains payable.
What will be refunded
If already collected and no longer due as a result of the cancellation, the tourist tax, security deposit and any separate services that will not be provided will be refunded.
Any insurance premiums or services purchased from third parties remain subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant provider.
No-show or shortened stay
A no-show, late arrival or early departure at the guest's initiative does not entitle the guest to a refund for unused nights.
If you have taken out travel insurance, some of these situations may be covered depending on the reason and the terms of your policy.
Special rates and conditions
Some bookings may benefit from a rate or offer with different cancellation conditions, including a non-refundable rate.
Where such specific conditions were clearly presented to you before booking, they take precedence over these general cancellation conditions.
For bookings made through a third-party platform such as Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo, the cancellation conditions attached to the booking on that platform may also apply.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or for a specific period.
Any mandatory legal provisions that may apply to a particular situation remain unaffected.
