Located on the second floor of a building without elevator, this 33 m² renovated architect-designed apartment offers a pleasant view over the courtyard, guaranteeing coolness in summer and tranquility all year round.

With a surface area of 33 m², this rental comprises :

• a comfortable lounge and dining area,
• a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• bedroom with 140 cm bed and en-suite bathroom with shower,
• separate WC,
• Vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron,
• TV, Wifi, Games for all ages, Books,
• Radiators, Smoke detectors, Hangers.

There is no private parking.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not allowed.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e
