The space

Discover Riad Douceur, a house that was completely renovated in the early 2000s, comprising four spacious suites with superb tadelakt bathrooms, refined décor, and exceptional amenities.

With a generous surface area and numerous common areas, this rental consists of:

• a central patio planted with palm trees, featuring a refreshing fountain pool,
• a cozy living room and a convivial dining room,
• a large terrace furnished with outdoor seating areas and a pergola,
• a shared heated swimming pool on the terrace, equipped with a counter-current system,
• a first suite on the ground floor with a double bed, high ceilings, a large Ottoman bath, and oriental decor,
• a “honeymoon” suite upstairs, accessible by a private staircase, offering privacy and tranquility,
• A suite upstairs with a private loggia lounge.
• A suite upstairs with a superb bath and open-air douaya.
• Four bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm x 200 cm) or eight single beds, depending on your needs,
• Four bathrooms.
• A traditional hammam and massage room.
• A separate toilet.
• Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, sauna, storage space, hairdryer, bed linen, extra pillows and blankets,
• Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors,
• Luggage storage space,

Breakfast is included. Lunch and dinner can be prepared on request by our cook (15e per adult for lunch, 25e for dinner).

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 p.m. Local guests are not permitted.

Other things to note

Please note the following conditions:

• City tax: 3e per adult per night, payable upon check-in.
• All-male groups are not accepted.
• Guests under the age of 25 are not permitted.

The neighborhood

Ideally located in the heart of the Marrakech medina, the riad is close to the souks, traditional restaurants, and iconic monuments such as Jemaa el-Fna Square and the Koutoubia Mosque. You will also find recommended addresses and brochures in the riad to enhance your stay.

Transportation

• By car: The riad does not have parking. Our driver and butler will take care of your luggage.
• By plane: Marrakech Menara Airport → 15 min by car
• By taxi: Stop a few minutes' walk from the riad

Guest access

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a Welkeys concierge who will give you the keys and show you around the riad.
