• one bedroom with shower and 140×190 cm bed,
• a second bedroom with a 140×190 cm bed,
• a third bedroom with a mezzanine bed with a double bed below and a single bed above,
• bathroom with shower and WC accessible only from the kitchen,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, cot,
• TV, Wifi,
• games for all ages, children's books,
• Air-conditioning,
• easy, free street parking.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not allowed.
