With a surface area of 29 m², this rental comprises :

• a separate, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• bathroom with shower and WC,
• vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, iron, clothes hangers,
• TV, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans,
• books, radiators, central heating, smoke detector.

No private parking is available.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not allowed.

- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e
