• an en-suite bathroom with a toilet,

• TV, satellite or cable, Wi-Fi, fan, radiators,
• Elevator.

Quiet hours – 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM:
- Keep music and television volume low.
- Avoid using noisy household appliances.
- Limit conversations and noise in common areas, especially in the stairwell.

Please note the following additional fees:
- Check-in between 9:00 PM and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6:00 AM: 44e

Hallways must be kept clear; under no circumstances should they be used to store motorcycles, bicycles, strollers, or other items.
