The studio comprises :

• a charming living room with a comfortable double sofa bed,
• a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge),
• bathroom with shower and WC,
• Vacuum cleaner, TV, satellite or cable,
• Radiators, Smoke detector, Air conditioning,
• Communal swimming pool (available from May to September),
• Petanque court,
• Private parking lot.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not accepted.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

A Swikly service charge will also be applied when validating your deposit.

Bandol is a popular destination for its magnificent beaches and Mediterranean atmosphere. Set in a residence planted in the garrigue, "Athéna Résidence" offers an exceptional natural setting with a view of the sea. Nearby, you'll find tennis courts, a pétanque court and a restaurant just 500 meters away. The Engraviers beach can be reached in 3 minutes on foot, and the town center is 3 km away. There's also a supermarket 1.5 km away for your daily shopping needs.

Bandol station: just a few minutes away by car.

Bus stops nearby for the city center and surrounding areas.

By plane:
Toulon-Hyères airport → about 45 minutes by car.
