• a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• bathroom with shower
• separate WC,
• work desk,
• hoover, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, iron, clothes hangers,

• 2 m² balcony and 10 m² communal garden, ideal for summer use,
