Located in the city center, the apartment overlooks the traditional Madeiran houses, the sea, and the Cathedral of Funchal—just a five-minute walk away. Originally built in the 1970s, the apartment has been completely refurbished and now features a warm, modern, and contemporary decor.

Daylighting is a key feature of this apartment. Both bedrooms (each with a double bed), as well as the living room and kitchen, have large windows that fill the space with sunlight. The windows and balcony offer views of the mountains, sea, city rooftops, and the Cathedral of Funchal, allowing you to experience the vibrant pulse of the city.

The renovation used modern, sturdy, and stylish materials, ensuring all the comforts needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

AREA
We are right in the city center, which is to say that there are points of interest for all sides. The Cathedral of Funchal is opposite, by the sea, and the restored old part of the city, to the left side. Following the right, the path ends at the College Largo, where the historic building of the Municipality of Funchal is the Sacred Art Museum or the College Church. But these are, of course, just some of the reference points, because at the heart of the city curiosities appear in every corner.
In the city center there are restaurants for every taste, terraces, museums, gardens and of course the city bay and large cruise ships as a backdrop.

By car, it only takes 15 minutes to get to the beach area.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
