With simple and modern décor, this property is located in a very central area, right at the entrance of the city centre and very close to many of the tourist attractions, museums, restaurants and shops.
With a comfortable living room and an outdoor balcony, it offers a beautiful view of the bay, sea and hillside of Funchal. This apartment has two bedrooms; one with double bed and one with two single beds. The living room has a sofa bed for two people, giving a maximum capacity of 6 people throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can have your meals together and with all the tranquility.

If you rent the car the property has a free parking space.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
Situated in one of the most prestigious areas of Funchal, this flat is close to supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, bars, theatres and the Casino da Madeira.
Next to the Casino you will find the stunning Santa Catarina Park, with large green areas for jogging, relaxing or picnicking overlooking the amazing bay of Funchal.
The location is ideal for exploring the city by foot (ten minutes walk from the cathedral, the marina and the city centre) or by public transport (bus stop is within two minutes walk).

GETTING AROUND
Although a aerobus bus stop for airport arrivals and departures is within five minutes walk distance from the flat, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get there. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport!

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.
