A fantastic holiday house in a quiet and peaceful area with outdoor pool and a barbecue place.
Quiet, good views, and a swimming pool are great reasons to spend a holiday with a direct connection to the countryside.
Set on a plot with two twin houses, this property offers comfort and well-being for you and your companions. With three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds—the house accommodates up to 8 people, thanks to a double sofa bed in the living room.
The spacious living area is thoughtfully decorated for both functionality and comfort. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils needed to prepare your meals.
Outside, the highlight is a fantastic swimming pool set in a large lawn area, perfect for fun and relaxation. The space is ideal for long lunches and barbecues with family or friends, featuring an excellent indoor barbecue area for grill enthusiasts. If you rent a car, private parking is available on the property.
AREA
This property is located in the west of Madeira Island, in the parish of Ponta do Pargo, municipality of Calheta. Being in a more secluded area, you will not find any kind of commerce in the vicinity of the property.
Forty minutes by car are Porto Moniz's famous swimming pools. Nearby you can visit the Ponta do Pargo lighthouse, which is an 8-minute drive away.
In Prazeres area you can find a market and restaurants.
In the municipality of Calheta you can visit the museum installed in the 'Casa das Mudas' or take a dip in the sandy beach, right in the center of the village. There you will find a medium-sized supermarket and several restaurants serving regional and international cuisine.
PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.
The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.
Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.
Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.
By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.
OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 14 days before check-in, the cancellation is free up to 48 hours after the reservation, up to a maximum of 5 days before check-in. After that, guests can cancel and receive a refund of the cleaning fee and tourist tax.
