Modern-style 2 bedroom city flat, ideal for small families, located in one of the main arteries of the Funchal city centre, with a nice balcony and views over the city. Close to several attractions to visit in Madeira Island.
Modern-style flat, practical and functional, located on the 3rd floor of a recent building. This accommodation features a comfortable living room with two sofa beds, cable TV, dining area, and natural lighting. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and private bathroom with bath, and another with two single beds. A second bathroom with shower is available in the common area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area, laundry, and storage space. The balcony, accessible from the living room, offers a pleasant spot to enjoy the city landscape. Maximum capacity: 6 people.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The building has a lift. No parking available.
AREA
This property located in Rua 5 de Outubro, Edifício 5 d' Outubro Residence, is next to the main accesses connecting the highway, which connects the east, west and north of the island, as well as the streets that give access to the downtown.
The flat is a 10-minute walk from the Lavradores Market and the Old Town of Funchal. From here, you may explore on foot the several touristic points of Madeira's capital (Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Sé Catedral, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc...).
In addition to these facilities, the accommodation is close to the "La Vie" shopping centre and offers a number of essential services, such as: several shops; cafés; hairdressers; pharmacies; restaurants; and a medium-sized supermarket.
You can also find information on cultural activities, radical activities and nature-related activities in the centre of Funchal, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira.
PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.
The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.
Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.
Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 14 days before check-in, the cancellation is free up to 48 hours after the reservation, up to a maximum of 5 days before check-in. After that, guests can cancel and receive a refund of the cleaning fee and tourist tax.
