The property offers a full bathroom with shower, for the convenience of guests, and also 2 social toilets, one of which is located outside the house.

The garden that surrounds the house is perfect for moments of rest and leisure outdoors. With a barbecue at your disposal and a pleasant outdoor dining space, enjoy your meals and the panoramic view of the São Vicente valley.

To ensure a peaceful and carefree stay, this accommodation also offers parking space for guests.

AREA

Property located in the northern part of the island, more precisely in Rosário, parish of the municipality of São Vicente. As it is in a more isolated area, you will not find any type of trade in the vicinity of the property. A ten-minute drive from the village of São Vicente, there you will find local shops, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy.

Near the house, you will find the Miradouro do Rosário and access to several trails and levadas, where you can take the opportunity to stroll and explore the island.

The city of Funchal is 45 minutes away by car. If you choose to go to the center of Funchal, take the opportunity to explore the city and look for more information about all kinds of activities you can do during your vacation: cultural activities, radical activities, activities related to nature ... whatever the purpose of the visit to Madeira Island!

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
