Two-bedroom flat in a luxury condominium in a prime area of Funchal. The flat has fabulous sea and hillside views overlooking Cabo Girão. The condominium has green areas, a swimming pool and a shared gym. It has a sofa bed and a maximum capacity of six people.
Located in a prime area of Funchal, close to beaches, promenades and services, this flat is the perfect choice for those looking for a city holiday.
Set in a luxury gated community, this flat has two bedrooms, one of which is en-suite with a dressing room and private bathroom and a king size bed. The other bedroom is equipped with a double bed. Both bedrooms have a balcony with sea views.
With excellent areas and well decorated, the living room is equipped with a sofa bed and dining table. This space is connected in harmony with the open-plan kitchen, so you can enjoy a good time while preparing your meals. From here, you have access to the sea view balcony with access to the bedrooms. In addition to the other amenities, the flat has a shared bathroom and a storage room with a washing machine.
Outside, in the communal spaces, you can take advantage of the garden areas as well as the gym and the infinity pool which offers marvellous views.
The property has a maximum capacity of six people and is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The flat has two private parking places.
The building offers direct access to the promenade via a private lift, ideal for walks along the coast towards Funchal or the picturesque village of Câmara de Lobos.
AREA
The property is located on Estrada Monumental, near the Forum Madeira Shopping Centre (4 minutes walk), 1 minute walk from the cycle path and 5 minutes walk from the Doca do Cavacas Bathing Complex and Promenade. This is a privileged area as it is close to paddle tennis courts (10 minutes walk), gardens, restaurants, bars, shops and services, as well as being 10 minutes drive from the Funchal city centre or 40 minutes if you choose to walk.
In the city centre there are several tourist attraction and activities for all tastes (cultural activities, radical activities, nature activities).
PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.
The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.
Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.
Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 14 days before check-in, the cancellation is free up to 48 hours after the reservation, up to a maximum of 5 days before check-in. After that, guests can cancel and receive a refund of the cleaning fee and tourist tax.
