This three-bedroom flat, located in Funchal's main tourist area. It is part of a private condominium building with a shared swimming pool and leisure area.
This flat is located in a closed condominium in one of the most sought-after areas of Funchal. With excellent areas and well decorated, the property offers you all the comfort you need for a relaxing holiday.
With three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, two with showers and one with a bath, they are equipped as follows: one bedroom with a king size bed; another bedroom with a queen size bed and the third bedroom with two single beds.
In the living room, equipped with a sofa and dining table, we find a large space with excellent natural light from the balcony.
The kitchen, equipped with an island and all the necessary utensils, will be the perfect place to put your culinary skills to the test.
On the balcony, the space is inviting and pleasant, with a sea view, bearing in mind that the flat is located on the 6th floor.
Outside, within the communal areas, there is a swimming pool where you can enjoy the island's good weather. In addition to this space, you can use the leisure area common to the condominium.
The property has a maximum capacity of 6 people and is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The property has a private parking space.
Area
The property is located on Estrada Monumental, near the Forum Madeira Shopping Centre (4 minutes walk), 1 minute walk from the cycle path and 5 minutes walk from the Doca do Cavacas Bathing Complex and Promenade. This is a privileged area as it is close to paddle tennis courts (10 minutes walk), gardens, restaurants, bars, shops and services, as well as being 10 minutes drive from the Funchal city centre or 40 minutes if you choose to walk.
In the city centre there are several tourist attractions and activities for all tastes (cultural activities, radical activities, nature activities).
PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.
The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.
Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.
Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.
By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.
OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.

Cancelation policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 14 days before check-in, the cancellation is free up to 48 hours after the reservation, up to a maximum of 5 days before check-in. After that, guests can cancel and receive a refund of the cleaning fee and tourist tax.
