Casa Anoneira is a spacious and bright 4-bedroom house, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy, and a peaceful setting, while remaining close to Funchal. With a maximum capacity of 7 guests, the property is spread over two floors and offers both indoor and outdoor areas designed for relaxation and leisure.
On the ground floor, there is a large open-plan living area where the kitchen, dining room, and living room blend seamlessly, benefiting from plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for both short and long stays. This floor also includes a guest bathroom and a small pantry/storage room.
The upper floor houses the four bedrooms. Two bedrooms with twin beds have direct access to a balcony with unobstructed views over Funchal Bay. A third bedroom features a single bed. These three bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. The master suite includes a double bed and a private bathroom, ensuring greater comfort and privacy.
Outdoors, the property stands out for its generous grounds, private swimming pool, sunbathing area, and garden. The games room includes a ping pong table, skates, and stand-up paddle boards, providing fun for all ages. Parking is available next to the property (subject to availability) or nearby.

Located in a quiet area with privileged views over Funchal Bay, Casa Anoneira combines privacy with proximity to the city. Just a short drive from the city centre, restaurants, shops, and services, it is the ideal retreat for those wishing to relax, enjoy sea views, and explore the best of Madeira Island in comfort and convenience.
PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.
The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.
Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.
Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.
By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.
OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.

Cancelation policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 14 days before check-in, the cancellation is free up to 48 hours after the reservation, up to a maximum of 5 days before check-in. After that, guests can cancel and receive a refund of the cleaning fee and tourist tax.
