• a fifth bedroom with two single beds,
• bathroom with bath and shower,
• two bathrooms with shower and WC,
• a separate toilet,
• two work desks,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron,
• games for all ages, books, TV, satellite or cable, wifi, games room,
• fan, mosquito net, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, clothes hangers,
• private parking.

Take full advantage of the villa's enchanting exteriors, nestled on a 1500 m² plot:

• a superb private heated swimming pool, open from April to October,
