The neighborhood

La Rosière, between Méribel and Mottaret is a small isolated and quiet village. It is an exclusively residential area, there is no commerce.
You can get there on foot, by car, by shuttle or on skis!
*On foot, it takes between 10 and 20 minutes to reach Meribel Center depending on your pace.
*By car, access requires snow tires or chains. You can park along the main road (then you have to walk a 50 meters).
*The resort's free shuttle passes through La Rosière. It takes you either to Méribel Center or to Mottaret.
*On skis, access is from Mottaret. You have to take the footpath and this requires being comfortable on skis (not recommended for beginners).

Getting around

The free shuttle makes it easy to go wherever you want within Meribel’s valley. It goes every 15min in the morning and at the end of the afternoon.
