• a fully-equipped open kitchen (barbecue, coffee machine, ice maker, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• three elegant bedrooms with queen-size beds (160cm), each offering soothing mountain views,
• a fourth bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower and WC for optimum comfort,
• a bathroom with bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes,
• a modern bathroom with two showers,
• two separate WCs for added convenience,
• work desk,
• cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron,
• for your entertainment: TV, Satellite or cable, DVD player, Games console, Stereo system, Video library, Wifi, Games for all ages, Books,

Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10 pm.

Located in Praz-sur-Arly, this chalet puts you at the heart of an authentic, friendly ski resort. Just 2 minutes from the slopes, you can enjoy winter sports to the full. The village is full of charm, with artisanal stores and gourmet restaurants like La Table Savoyarde, renowned for its traditional Savoyard dishes. Don't forget to visit the Flumet cooperative to sample the region's finest cheeses. For panoramic views, high-altitude restaurants such as Le Lozde and Le Serasson are a must.
