• a fully-equipped modern kitchen (barbecue, coffee machine, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• one bedroom with a king-size bed 180x200 and en-suite bathroom with bath and WC,
• one bedroom with a double sofa bed 140x200,
• one bedroom with two single beds, ideal for two children,
• a bathroom with shower and WC,
• separate WC,
• hoover, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron,
• TV, satellite or cable, stereo system, wifi,
• games for all ages, children's games, toys, books
• air conditioning, radiators, clothes hangers,
• garage.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is no longer accepted.

- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e
