With a surface area of 26 m², this rental comprises :

• a charming living room with a 140 × 200 sofa bed and a 160 × 200 double bed,
• a dining area,
• a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• bathroom with shower and WC,
• washing machine, hairdryer, high chair,
• TV, satellite or cable, Wi-Fi,
• fan, radiators, smoke detector, air conditioning.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not permitted.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

You will also be charged a Swikly service fee when validating your deposit.
