Guest access

The accommodation as well as its facilities are at your disposal during your stay. Please respect areas marked as 'Private' or doors that are locked. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that access involves a steep slope and stairs, which may be difficult for some people. It is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Guest interaction

Entering the house is simple, efficient and independent thanks to a keybox that you will find at the entrance of your accommodation. All the required information for your stay will be provided to you by email and can be consulted via our online interface.
Our team will not be present on site upon your arrival or during your stay. However, we will be happy to help you with any problems or questions you may have. Do not hesitate to contact us!

The neighborhood

The studio is located 600m from the main train station of Zermatt and 300m from the Sunnegga resort (direct access to the ski slopes).

The whole village of Zermatt is easily accessible on foot.
The Coop (supermarket) is 3 minutes walking distance.
The Fuchs bakery is a 500m walk away.

Getting around

Motorized vehicles are not allowed in Zermatt. It is therefore necessary to leave your car in the paid parking lot in Täsch, and take the train from there (about 15 minutes by train).

PAY ATTENTION : a 15 minutes walk from the train station is necessary to reach the studio. You also have the possibility to take a taxi service, but at the end you will have to climb some stairs (for 5 minutes).

Other things to note

Sheets and towels are provided by us. The availability of the laundry is included in the cleaning rates.
We remind you that you are staying in an apartment, not a hotel. We thank you in advance for leaving your accommodation as clean as you found it. In case of problems, we will do our best to react as soon as possible.
