Discover this charming 30 m² studio located in Bandol, in the peaceful residential area of l'Escourche. Recently renovated, this bright, air-conditioned studio can accommodate up to 3 people.

The studio is located on the second floor (no elevator) and comprises :

• a bright living area with a 140 cm double sofa bed and a single bed,
• an attractive terrace with sea views,
• a well-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer) and dining area,
• bathroom with shower and WC,
• Washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
• TV, Satellite or cable, Wifi,
• Air conditioning,
• Secure parking.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not accepted.

Other things to note

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

You will also be charged a Swikly service fee when validating your deposit.

The neighborhood

The Escourche neighborhood in Bandol is a quiet, leafy residential area. Close to the train station and shops, and just minutes from the beaches and town center, it offers a peaceful, convenient setting. Enjoy an aperitif at the Mirrey, dinner at the Auberge du Port or the Méditerranée, a cocktail at the Palm Beach with your feet in the sand, or a sailing outing at the SNB. For a moment of relaxation, a spa at Ile Rousse is ideal.
