With a surface area of 32 m², this rental is located on the first floor without a lift and comprises :

• a living room with an inviting sitting area,
• sleeping area with 140 ×190 cm double bed,
• possibility of accommodating an extra person on the sofa bed,
• a separate, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, hob, fridge, freezer) and dining area,
• bathroom with shower,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, high chair, clothes hangers,
• TV, satellite or cable, wifi, books,
• central heating, fan, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector,
• free parking available in adjacent streets.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is no longer accepted.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e
