• a 900 m² outdoor space, with a charming balcony and a vast garden,
• a pleasant living room with lounge and dining area,
• a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• on the first floor, two large bedrooms with queen-size beds and a small bedroom with bunk beds for children,
• bathroom with shower and WC,
• upstairs, a master bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron,
• high chair, cot, baby bath,
• TV, wifi, games for all ages, books, toys,
• radiators, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, clothes hangers,
• direct access to laundry room and covered parking.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not accepted.
