• a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, fridge) and dining area,
• upstairs, a bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower,
• separate WC,
• a work desk,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, clothes hangers,
• TV, wifi, games for all ages,
• radiators, smoke detector,
• secure vehicle access at residence entrance, parking space.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not allowed.

- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e
