The space

Welcome to this elegant and comfortable 17 m² studio apartment, located on the first floor and accommodating up to 2 people. The accommodation comprises :

• a charming living room with 120 cm sofa bed and dining area,
• a fully-equipped kitchenette (coffee machine, toaster, hob, fridge),
• bathroom with shower and WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, smoke detector, clothes hangers,
• TV, wifi, ceiling fans,
• radiators.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not permitted.

Other things to note

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

A Swikly service charge will also be applied when validating your deposit.

Biarritz is also an ideal base for exploring neighboring towns such as Bayonne and Saint-Jean-de-Luz.
