Discover this elegant 33 m² ground-floor flat, located in the heart of Bandol, a popular destination for its beaches and Mediterranean climate. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people (two adults and two children).

With a comfortable surface area, this rental comprises :

• a lovely 10 m² terrace, equipped with a barbecue for enjoying your meals outdoors,
• a charming living room with sofa bed and dining area,
• a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed,
• bathroom with shower and WC,
• Washing machine, Hairdryer, Iron, Smoke detector, Hangers,
• TV, Satellite or cable, Wifi,
• Air conditioning, Radiators,
• parking space.

After 22H, noise pollution is not accepted.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e
