This 54 m² apartment, nestled on the third floor with elevator, offers comfortable accommodation for 4 people. It enjoys a charming view over a courtyard between two traditional Haussmann buildings, and comprises :

• a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• two bedrooms with 140 × 190 cm double beds,
• bathroom with shower, bath and WC,

Private parking is not available.

- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e
