Enjoy this 60 m² apartment with an 8 m² outdoor area, located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, right in the center of Saint-Tropez. Spacious, bright, and comfortable, it is an ideal pied-à-terre for exploring the French Riviera and enjoying the Tropezian atmosphere.

The accommodation consists of:

• a comfortable living room with dining area,
• an equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator),
• a first bedroom with a double bed,
• a second bedroom with a double bed,
• a bathroom with bathtub,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron, hangers,
• TV, WiFi, air conditioning, radiators,
• smoke detector.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 p.m.

Please note the following additional fees:

• Check-in between 9 p.m. and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: 44e

A Swikly service fee will also be charged during the validation of your deposit.
