With a furnished terrace and balcony, the house is composed of:

• a large and comfortable living room with a dining area,
• a dedicated workspace,
• a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, electric griddle, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
• three bedrooms with double beds,
• a fourth bedroom with one double bed and one bunk bed,
• three bathrooms: one with a bathtub and two with showers,
• a separate toilet and two toilets in the bathrooms,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, iron,
• a baby cot with mattress and high chair,
• TV, satellite/cable, Wifi,
• air conditioning, radiators, smoke detector, hangers.

The house features private parking with one space inside the property and one space in front of the gate. Numerous free parking spaces are also available in the street.

Noise is not permitted after 10 p.m.

• Check-in between 9 p.m. and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: 44e

Hossegor is a sought-after destination known for its stunning beaches and world-famous surf spots, including La Nord beach and the iconic La Centrale beach.

The house is located just 80 meters from La Nord beach and 350 meters from Place des Landais (La Centrale), where you will find numerous beach restaurants, cafés, and lively bars throughout the day and into the evening, especially at sunset.

Hossegor town center is approximately 1 km away, and the Leclerc supermarket is accessible within 500 meters during the season. Many restaurants are within walking distance from the house.
